With the LED lighting we can provide, 24 volt output transformers with one or two tappings, should you wish to have 24 volt islands in the road, this can be achieved.
The Transformer sits in the bottom of a light column, which has 240-volt input. Two cables are run in a slit trench to two islands 30 meters each side of the light column. This reduces the installation cost considerably. It is also safer and costs less to run a 24-volt island than a mains powered island. The Transformers are fused with a 1 or 2 amp.
